What’s up my Kate's Take listeners! I’m pumped to be here with you today! Today is day 60 of 100.

Every 10 days we’re going to be taking a step back to reflect with a recap.

First, let’s call on our 5 questions.

These questions are the bookends to your day - answer 1 and 2 in the morning, and 3 - 5 at night.

  1. What’s one thing I’m grateful for?
  2. What’s one thing I’ll accomplish today that will bring me one step closer to my goal?
  3. What’s something that’s working well for me right now?
  4. What’s something that’s not working well for me right now?
  5. How can I either solve what’s not working right now, or get rid of it?

In order to gauge our pace we’re going to do the following:

  1. Write down 3 goals you accomplished over the past 10 days
  2. What’s 1 surprise accomplishment from the past 10 days?
  3. Write down your top 3 goals for the next 10 days.
  4. Write down a habit you’ll implement over the next 10 days.

Again, by keeping track of our progress we’re able to pivot or make adjustments to help us hit our goal in 100 days.

Also, these recaps allow us to celebrate wins on our journey to accomplishing our BIG goal.

I hope today’s recap was helpful for you.

As always, don’t hesitate to reach out to me and share your wins - and your struggles. I’m kate@eofire.com or katelerickson on Instagram

What’s up my Kate's Take listeners! I’m fired up to be here with you today! Today is day 58 of 100.

If you’re ready to take imperfect action, then you’re in the right place.

When’s the last time you took imperfect action?

Hopefully you can recall a time pretty easily when you did, because it shouldn’t be out of the norm that you take action without having all the answers, or without knowing exactly what you're doing.

That’s how we learn and grow. That’s how we challenge ourselves and get outside of our comfort zone.

You’ve got this!

I hope today’s episode all about imperfect action came at just the right time for you.

As always, don’t hesitate to reach out to me and share your wins - and your struggles. I’m kate@eofire.com or katelerickson on Instagram

If you’re ready to confirm you’re on track, then you’re in the right place.

  4. What’s something that’s not working well for me right now?
  5. How can I either solve what’s not working right now, or get rid of it?

Having a simple checklist for the start of your work day, and a simple checklist for the end of your work day can go a long way.

Just by asking yourself a few questions, you’re setting yourself up for repeated success.

I hope today’s episode all about confirming you’re on track came at just the right time for you.

What’s up my Kate's Take listeners! I’m thrilled to be here with you today! Today is day 56 of 100.

If you’ve ever struggled with being present, then you’re in the right place.

When you stop guilting yourself into thinking you should be everywhere besides where you are - doing what you’re doing right now - you create so much space and freedom.

Being able to be present - in any moment, and at any time, with anyone - is such a gift. And the focus, the love, the joy, the happiness that comes from moments of presence is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced.

You get more, the people you’re with get more, and your work gets more.

Every single thing you give your presence to gets 100%. Everyone and everything wins.

I hope today’s episode all about being present came at just the right time for you.

As always, don’t hesitate to reach out to me and share your wins - and your struggles. I’m kate@eofire.com or katelerickson on Instagram

If you’re ready to STOP context switching, then you’re in the right place.

First, let’s call on our 5 questions.

These questions are the bookends to your day - answer 1 and 2 in the morning, and 3 - 5 at night.

Context switching can be incredibly detrimental to your productivity and what you’re able to accomplish on any given day.

And based on the research from Todd Herman, we should all be incredibly interested in focusing on one thing at a time.

I hope today’s episode all about context switching came at just the right time for you.

If you’re not currently using a task management tool like Asana, I’ll be blunt: I think it’s a must.

It will not only help you stay incredibly focused at all times, it’ll also help give you peace of mind that those tasks and to-do’s that pop into your head at random times of the day and night will be remembered!

What’s up my Kate's Take listeners! I’m thrilled to be here with you today! Today is day 51 of 100.

If you’ve never done the taking inventory exercise, then you’re in the right place.

Taking inventory is a very simple exercise, and once you’ve completed this exercise, you'll be armed with incredibly powerful information.

Whether you decide to cut certain tasks, start timing yourself on certain tasks to ensure they don’t eat up so much of your time, or delegate certain tasks that you know you shouldn’t be spending your time doing… I hope you’ll take this exercise seriously.

Taking inventory allows you to hold yourself accountable. You can now see very clearly exactly how you’re spending your time, and can make adjustments and upgrades as necessary.

I hope today’s episode all about taking inventory came at just the right time for you.
