What’s up my Kate's Take listeners! I’m pumped to be here with you today! Today is day 90 of 100.

Every 10 days we’re going to be taking a step back to reflect with a recap.

First, let’s call on our 5 questions.

These questions are the bookends to your day - answer 1 and 2 in the morning, and 3 - 5 at night.

  1. What’s one thing I’m grateful for?
  2. What’s one thing I’ll accomplish today that will bring me one step closer to my goal?
  3. What’s something that’s working well for me right now?
  4. What’s something that’s not working well for me right now?
  5. How can I either solve what’s not working right now, or get rid of it?

Our 10-day recap allows us to gauge our pace and make adjustments if necessary.

In relation to where you want to be on day 100, and where you are right now in terms of your progress - we’re 90% of the way there!!! - how do you feel?

In order to gauge our pace we’re going to do the following:

  1. Write down 3 goals you accomplished over the past 10 days
  2. What’s 1 surprise accomplishment from the past 10 days?
  3. Write down your top 3 goals for the next 10 days.
  4. Write down a habit you’ll implement over the next 10 days.

Again, by keeping track of our progress we’re able to pivot or make adjustments to help us hit our goal in 100 days.

Also, these recaps allow us to celebrate wins on our journey to accomplishing our BIG goal.

I hope today’s recap was helpful for you.

As always, don’t hesitate to reach out to me and share your wins - and your struggles. I’m kate@eofire.com or katelerickson on Instagram.

What’s up my Kate's Take listeners! I’m ecstatic to be here with you today! Today is day 89 of 100.

I’m excited to share my third lesson with you, which is about being fully committed!

There are going to be opportunities and ideas that come up in our businesses - and in our lives - that are daunting. They might not seem possible - or they might seem really hard. The thought of committing to them might even make us nervous.

For me, I’ve learned that all of these thoughts and emotions are a sign that whatever it is - it’s worth it. It’s worth doing because it gives you all of these feelings. That means it’s outside of your comfort zone - and I’ve learned on my journey time and time again that the saying is SO TRUE: all the magic happens outside of your comfort zone.

So try it - FULLY COMMIT to that opportunity or that idea you have. You’ll see that that commitment can be incredibly empowering, too.

I hope you found value in today’s episode on my third lesson learned from our 100 day goal challenge.

As always, don’t hesitate to reach out to me and share your wins - and your struggles. I’m kate@eofire.com or katelerickson on Instagram.

What’s up my Kate's Take listeners! I’m so happy to be here with you today! Today is day 87 of 100.

I’m excited to share my first lessons with you, which is that I LOVE creating content!

There are certain needle movers in our business - things that we love to do, that’s we’re good at, AND that net us big results.

Those are the things we should be focused on above all else. Those are the things we should have on our schedule on a consistent basis so they don’t fall through the cracks, or get left behind because we’re busy working on other tasks and to-do’s.

What’s something you do in your business that you love, that moves the needle, and that you haven’t been great at scheduling lately? Maybe it’s time to start being more consistent in that area… I know I will be!

I hope you found value in today’s episode on my first lesson learned from our 100 day goal challenge.

As always, don’t hesitate to reach out to me and share your wins - and your struggles. I’m kate@eofire.com or katelerickson on Instagram.

Dec 17, 2022

What’s up my Kate's Take listeners! I’m thrilled to be here with you today! Today is day 86 of 100.

I’m excited to share my 10 biggest lessons learned from our 100 day goal challenge!

Over the next 10 days I’ll be sharing my biggest lessons from my 85 days with you - one each day.

Some of them are things that I felt went really well - things that I’ll carry with me and implement in other areas of my life and business.

And some of them are going to be things I now realize didn’t work the way I wanted them to. Those things I’ll leave behind.

When we give ourselves the time and space to reflect, powerful things can come from it. That pause allows us to stop being in constant motion. It gives us time when we don’t have to be doing anything. We’re simply contemplating, considering, surveying.

In that space we get to consciously choose our next steps, our future projects, our next goal... Versus our next steps simply being repeats of what we’ve done in the past without much thought - or steps we think we’re “supposed to take”.

I hope you’ll join me in reflecting on the past 85 days, and using this as a beautiful opportunity to pull out your 10 biggest lessons learned, too.

I hope you found value in today’s episode.

As always, don’t hesitate to reach out to me and share your wins - and your struggles. I’m kate@eofire.com or katelerickson_ on Instagram.

What’s up my Kate's Take listeners! I’m so happy to be here with you today! Today is day 82 of 100.

If you’ve ever struggled with letting go, then you’re in the right place.

Whether it’s a toxic relationship, a goal you set for yourself, a project you started in your business (or in your home), there are probably some things you’re carrying with you in life that are no longer serving you.

And it’s ok to let things go from your past - or things in your present - that you know no longer hold value for you.

It can be tough to release them - to let go.

But what’s on the other side of you letting go of things that no longer serve you is lightness - space - a huge sense of relief - happiness - and a feeling of freedom to be with the people you love, doing what you love...

I hope today’s episode all about letting go came at just the right time for you.

As always, don’t hesitate to reach out to me and share your wins - and your struggles. I’m kate@eofire.com or katelerickson_ on Instagram.

What’s up my Kate's Take listeners! I’m thrilled to be here with you today! Today is day 81 of 100.

If you’ve ever found yourself being super skeptical - thinking or saying things like “this won’t work for me” - then you’re in the right place.

  4. What’s something that’s not working well for me right now?
  5. How can I either solve what’s not working right now, or get rid of it?

Have you ever caught yourself saying things like “this won’t work for me” before you’ve even tried it?

If yes, I encourage you to stop next time you think or feel that way about something.

Maybe it WILL work for you IF you allow yourself to find out HOW it can work for you.

Not everything has to look one certain way. Figure out how it can work for you, and you might just find a whole new world of opportunities and possibilities!

I hope today’s episode all about being skeptical came at just the right time for you.
