What’s up my Kate's Take listeners! I’m pumped to be here with you today! Today is day 80 of 100.

Every 10 days we take a step back to reflect with a recap.

Gauging your pace is a critical step on your journey to accomplishing your BIG goal!

First, let’s call on our 5 questions.

These questions are the bookends to your day - answer 1 and 2 in the morning, and 3 - 5 at night.

  1. What’s one thing I’m grateful for?
  2. What’s one thing I’ll accomplish today that will bring me one step closer to my goal?
  3. What’s something that’s working well for me right now?
  4. What’s something that’s not working well for me right now?
  5. How can I either solve what’s not working right now, or get rid of it?

Our 10-day recap allows us to gauge our pace and make adjustments if necessary.

When you chose your goal to focus on and we set a 100 day timeframe, we gave ourselves a goal date.

So in relation to where you want to be on day 100, and where you are right now in terms of your progress, how do you feel?

In order to gauge our pace we’re going to do the following:

  1. Write down 3 goals you accomplished over the past 10 days
  2. What’s 1 surprise accomplishment from the past 10 days?
  3. Write down your top 3 goals for the next 10 days.
  4. Write down a habit you’ll implement over the next 10 days.

Again, by keeping track of our progress we’re able to pivot or make adjustments to help us hit our goal in 100 days.

Also, these recaps allow us to celebrate wins on our journey to accomplishing our BIG goal.

I hope today’s recap was helpful for you.

As always, don’t hesitate to reach out to me and share your wins - and your struggles. I’m kate@eofire.com.

What’s up my Kate's Take listeners! I’m ecstatic to be here with you today! Today is day 79 of 100.

If you’re ready to embrace the power of affirmations, then you’re in the right place.

Affirmations may not seem like “your thing”, but remember: affirmations can be whatever you want them to be.

And Hal Elrod’s content is a wonderful reminder of this.

I encourage you to check out the podcast episode I linked to in the description of today’s episode on How to Create Affirmations that Actually Work - and also his book The Miracle Morning.

I’ll close out with an affirmation from Hal that I absolutely love:

I am just as worthy, deserving and capable of achieving extraordinary success as any other person on the planet, and I will prove that today with my actions.

Also mentioned: Jen's Abundant Affirmations

I hope today’s episode all about the power of affirmations came at just the right time for you.

What’s up my Kate's Take listeners! I’m fired up to be here with you today! Today is day 78 of 100.

Have you ever considered what your rules of life are? If this sounds interesting to you, then you’re in the right place.

What are some of your Rules of Life?

If you’ve never considered it before, set aside some time to think about it, and write a few of your rules down on paper.

It’s actually a really fun exercise, and an opportunity to remind ourselves of what’s most important to us in how we want to live our lives.

What’s up my Kate's Take listeners! I’m so happy to be here with you today! Today is day 77 of 100.

If you’ve ever struggled with asking for help, then you’re in the right place.

People love to help. And when someone offers to help you, it’s actually quite selfish to not accept their offer. It doesn’t always have to be the type of help they offer - you can always request help in a way that will be most beneficial.

Also, every situation will have a better outcome if you ask for help. It could be something super small, or something not even directly related to what you’re doing. No one was meant to do it all alone.

Remind yourself - and challenge yourself - to ask for help. This will only make you stronger.

I hope today’s episode all about asking for help came at just the right time for you.

As always, don’t hesitate to reach out to me and share your wins - and your struggles. I’m kate@eofire.com.

What’s up my Kate's Take listeners! I’m thrilled to be here with you today! Today is day 76 of 100.

If you’ve ever struggled coming up with a plan, then you’re in the right place.

Whether you work backwards with the end in mind, or start with where you are right now and build out your steps, requirements, and timeline, the important thing is that you get something down on paper.

You might not know every single step just yet, but putting a plan together will help you stay on track - and help you actually get started (the toughest part!!)

I hope today’s episode all about coming up with a plan came at just the right time for you.

What’s up my Kate's Take listeners! I’m pumped to be here with you today! Today is day 75 of 100.

Every 10 days we’re diving into a great  quote.

Alright, now for today’s quote…

What’s up my Kate's Take listeners! I’m ecstatic to be here with you today! Today is day 74 of 100.

If you’re ready to upgrade your habits, then you’re in the right place.

What's one habit you want to call into your daily routine in order to upgrade your habits?

Set an alarm to remind yourself to practice it every single day. No matter what you’re doing - stop - and practice your habit.

Before you know it, you won’t need that alarm anymore, and you’ll have successfully upgraded your habits!

Because when you realize the power of the habits you already have - and identify new ones you want to create - you can use the momentum of your existing habits to create those new ones.

I hope today’s episode all about upgrading your habits came at just the right time for you.

As always, don’t hesitate to reach out to me and share your wins - and your struggles. I’m kate@eofire.com.

What’s up my Kate's Take listeners! I’m fired up to be here with you today! Today is day 73 of 100.

If you’ve ever struggled with fears holding you back, then you’re in the right place.

Becoming aware of your fears and acknowledging them allows you to work through them.

Through a simple process you can give yourself time and space to respond to your fears versus react to them.

Start to become more aware of when fear comes knocking… and when it does, call on this process in order to upgrade your belief system instead of continue to be trapped in it.

I hope today’s episode all about identifying your fears came at just the right time for you.

What’s up my Kate's Take listeners! I’m so happy to be here with you today! Today is day 72 of 100.

If you’re ready to embrace decluttering, then you’re in the right place.

Whether you’re an organized person or not, decluttering is something that holds a lot more power than one might think.

What’s up my Kate's Take listeners! I’m thrilled to be here with you today! Today is day 71 of 100.

If you’ve ever struggled with the idea that you have to always be creating more, then you’re in the right place.

It’s never too late or too often to take this pause.

I could say a lot more about why I don’t believe more is better, but I’m going to share a thought from James Clear on the subject that really resonated with me…

"One of the common trappings of success is overproducing.

Companies make money and rapidly expand their product line. Authors become popular and churn out books at a faster clip.

Scale can empower, but it can also dilute. Something is lost when quantity is valued over quality.

You have to maintain your standards even when all the forces around you seem to be calling for growth. Push back against more, more, more and remain committed to better, better, better."

I hope today’s episode all about creating more came at just the right time for you.
