What’s up my Kate's Take listeners! I’m excited to be here with you today! Today is day 8 of 100.

If you’re ready to crush your doubts, then you’re in the right place.

First let’s call on our 5 questions.

These questions are the bookends to your day - answer 1 and 2 in the morning, and 3 - 5 at night.

  1. What’s one thing I’m grateful for?
  2. What’s one thing I’ll accomplish today that will bring me one step closer to my goal?
  3. What’s something that’s working well for me right now?
  4. What’s something that’s not working well for me right now?
  5. How can I either solve what’s not working right now, or get rid of it?

Every time you have doubt, fear, or the imposter syndrome creep up, ask yourself this question: What’s the worst that can happen?

Because believe this: Right where you are is exactly where you’re supposed to be.

I hope today’s episode all about doubt came at just the right time for you.

As always, don’t hesitate to reach out to me and share your wins - and your struggles. I’m kate@eofire.com or katelerickson on Instagram.

What’s up my Kate's Take listeners! I’m fired up to be here with you today! Today is day 7 of 100.

If you’ve ever struggled with calling on inspiration, then you’re in the right place.

First, let’s call on our 5 questions.

Stop putting parameters around being inspired - what it means, what it looks like, when it happens, how it happens... Just start showing up and doing the work - taking action.

Then, give yourself breaks to absorb and think about the things you’re learning or experiencing. Take notes, write thoughts, keep imagining, talk to friends about it… keep the ideation going.

Remember, the formula is showing up and taking action - even when you’re not completely sure what that first (or next) step is, or what your actions will result in. Because you never know when inspiration will spark.

I hope today’s episode on inspiration came at just the right time for you.

As always, don’t hesitate to reach out to me and share your wins - and your struggles. I’m kate@eofire.com or katelerickson on Instagram.

  2. What’s one thing I’ll accomplish today that will bring me one step closer to my goal?

What’s up my Kate's Take listeners! I’m pumped to be here with you today! Today is day 5 of 100.

Every 10 days we’re going to be diving into a great  quote. ‘Cause who doesn’t love a great quote!?

First, let’s call on our 5 questions.

Today's quote is from James Clear:

"Odds are, the latest office debate or family squabble isn't worth winning. Most arguments are only tangentially related to your end goal.

What outcomes are you actually trying to create? What type of life are you actually trying to cultivate? Stay focused."

I hope today’s quote came at just the right time for you.

In what forms does motivation show up for you?

Whether it’s a running list of quotes, a folder of bookmarks for motivational speeches on YouTube, your favorite podcast episodes, a journal where you jot down notes of things that motivate you, or it might even be physical objects - keepsakes from your family - that you keep in a box.

Whatever it is, start to capture those things in a place you can turn to any time you’re in need of a little motivational boost.

I hope today’s episode all about motivation came at just the right time for you.

What’s up my Kate's Take listeners! I’m so happy to be here with you today! Today is day 3 of 100.

If you’ve ever struggled with negative self-talk, then you’re in the right place.

First, let’s call on our 5 questions.

Your words are powerful. You’re telling yourself what you believe is true, and that is how you’re living your life.

How can you start to recognize when your negative self-talk makes an appearance?

Who can you confide in and ask to help hold you accountable - to call you out when it happens?

I hope today’s episode all about negative self-talk came at just the right time for you.

What’s up my Kate's Take listeners! I’m fired up to be here with you today! Today is day 2 of 100.

If you’re feeling like you could use a little extra support in your life, then you’re in the right place.

First, we call on our 5 questions.

Support is critical. Wherever you can find it, leverage it and be grateful for it. And pay it forward!

Provide support to your friends, family, co-workers, business partners - in any way you can, even if that just means introducing them to someone who “gets” what they’re trying to do.

Finding just one person who is on the same or similar path as you and reaching out to them could be the difference between struggling to reach your goal alone, and crushing your goal full force with someone by your side the entire way.

I hope today’s episode all about support came at just the right time for you.

As always, don’t hesitate to reach out to me and share your wins - and your struggles. I’m kate@eofire.com or katelerickson on Instagram.

What’s up my Kate's Take listeners! I’m thrilled to be here with you today! Today is day 1 of 100.

If you’ve ever struggled with setting SMART goals, then you’re in the right place.

First thing when it comes to setting goals is to make sure you’re setting SMART goals.

A SMART goal is:

  • Specific
  • Measurable
  • Attainable
  • Relevant
  • Time-bound

At the start of each day, read your goal, and say “in X amount of days I will accomplish _______”.

Restating your goal and keeping it top of mind will help you keep focus and excitement for what you’re working towards, and that can be incredibly powerful.

Have questions about setting your SMART goal?

Want to share it with others who are doing this 100 Day Goal Challenge, too?
