What’s up my Kate's Take listeners! I’m so happy to be here with you today! Today is day 47 of 100.

If you’re ready to prevent decision fatigue, then you’re in the right place.

First, let’s call on our 5 questions.

These questions are the bookends to your day - answer 1 and 2 in the morning, and 3 - 5 at night.

  1. What’s one thing I’m grateful for?
  2. What’s one thing I’ll accomplish today that will bring me one step closer to my goal?
  3. What’s something that’s working well for me right now?
  4. What’s something that’s not working well for me right now?
  5. How can I either solve what’s not working right now, or get rid of it?

What are some daily decisions you make that you could take the decision-making OUT OF in order to save your bandwidth for bigger, more important decisions you’ll have to make throughout the day?

Take a look at some of the things you do that constantly feel like a battle - whether that’s deciding what to have for breakfast, choosing your outfit for the day, or how you engage on social media.

Remember, there are a lot of everyday decisions you can turn into commitments in order to save your decision making bandwidth, so that when you are faced with a really BIG and important decision, you have the clarity and space to make a great decision.

I hope today’s episode all about decision fatigue came at just the right time for you.
