How to 80/20 your work
Pretty simple, right?
I can guarantee you that if you take the time to sit down and do this exercise, the weeks and months to come will be some of your most productive ever.
And when you gain that momentum - when you feel that feeling of freedom… that you’re working on things you love and they’re truly making an impact - don’t stop.
Call on your discipline and your focus and leverage that momentum to take you, your business, and your impact to the next level.

If you’re ready to strip away complications and start making things easy, then you’re in the right place.
First, let’s call on our 5 questions.
These questions are the bookends to your day - answer 1 and 2 in the morning, and 3 - 5 at night.
Nothing has to be complicated from the start. All too often we waste time spinning our wheels over-complicating things that - at their core - are really quite simple.
So what would happen if next time you’re faced with a challenge, or a task, or a project… you ask yourself “What would this look like if it were easy?”
Once you take your first step, you’ll not only have powerful momentum working in your favor, you’ll also have a clearer vision of what the next best step should be.
Action reveals answers.
I hope today’s episode all about making things easy came at just the right time for you.

If you’re ready to start being realistic with your time, then you’re in the right place.
First, let’s call on our 5 questions.
These questions are the bookends to your day - answer 1 and 2 in the morning, and 3 - 5 at night.
Take a step back and have a REAL convo with yourself around what you’re capable of on any given day - and just as important, what you WANT to be spending your time doing.
Not all new opportunities are ones you should be investing your time in; trying to make things perfect is NOT what is going to help you win; and focusing on what you can’t accomplish today doesn’t help you - or anyone around you.
So next time you’re faced with any of these things, ask yourself, “What’s realistic given my capabilities, my current commitments, and the time I have available?”
I hope today’s episode all about being realistic with your time came at just the right time for you.

If you’re ready to learn simple ways to develop self control, then you’re in the right place.
First, let’s call on our 5 questions.
These questions are the bookends to your day - answer 1 and 2 in the morning, and 3 - 5 at night.
Something I’ve learned over the years while trying to gain back control of my time is this: I can do it all, but I can’t do it all right now.
And without self control, the only result possible is feeling under accomplished and over stressed.
So next time you get that all-too-familiar-feeling of “I have so much to do and I don’t know where to start!”
STOP.
Brain dump, prioritize, and remember: you can do it all, but you can’t do it all right now.
I hope today’s episode all about developing self control came at just the right time for you.

If you’re ready to… maybe for the first time ever… clear your calendar, then you’re in the right place!
First, let’s call on our 5 questions.
These questions are the bookends to your day - answer 1 and 2 in the morning, and 3 - 5 at night.
You - and you alone - are responsible for your time and the commitments you make.
If you commit to following my advice in today’s episode, in the coming weeks your calendar will be one of two things: CLEAR for you to use your time however you wish; or sprinkled with the things that are MOST important to you and that you’re EXCITED to do.
WIN/WIN!
NO more looking at your calendar and feeling overwhelmed or disappointed by the things you’ve committed your time to.
Because your most important commitment?... That is to yourself: and that is to honor your time.
I hope today’s episode all about clearing your calendar came at just the right time for you.

First, let’s call on our 5 questions.
