We love sharing roundup posts that include powerful tips and resources that have been shared right here on EntrepreneurOnFire: the best advice from today's most successful and inspiring entrepreneurs.

Of course, reading an entire book takes time, and so when we do a roundup of 15 of the top business books recommended by today's top entrepreneurs, we know it might be a while before you're able to get through that list.

That's why I'm switching it up today and instead sharing a list of business books that you probably haven't heard of yet and that you can read in 15 minutes or less - plus, I'm going to share 3 of my own favorite business books that I'm absolutely obsessed with right now.

But I don't have experience doing anything, and I'm definitely not an expert...

Believe it or not, I hear this from A LOT of people, and every single time I do, I think back to when I was in Corporate America, saying something quite similar to myself: There's no way I could start my own business - I don't have experience or expertise in doing anything extraordinary - what would my business even "be about"?

In this episode I talk about what finding your experience and expertise actually looks like through sharing a story of how I found out about something I have experience doing (and also how I leverage it to help us grow our business here at EntrepreneurOnFire).

When our team is investing time in something that isn't adding value to the community, then we know it's either time to move on or pivot.

In this episode I talk about a major lesson learned from managing Podcasters' Paradise: Just because your community or members tell you they want something doesn't necessarily mean they are going to leverage and utilize it.

YOU have to be the judge of whether or not a specific project or program is worth the time you or your team are investing in it.

When you surround yourself with like-minded people and are able to go to them to talk through your struggles and fears, chances are they’ll be able to help you take the next step – because they understand what it is you’re going through. This is the power of conversation.

In this episode I talk about the benefits of building relationships and networking with like-minded people, and how to find a mastermind to join so you have consistent support on your entrepreneurial journey.

Extended version: In the last episode I chatted about the importance of implementing systems and processed in your business, because that is the only way you're going to be able to create freedom in your business and scale.

Trouble is, a lot of entrepreneurs are BEST at coming up with big ideas and the whole vision side of things, but not so much when it comes to the organization, detail-oriented, behind-the-scenes type of stuff.

In this episode I share the Top 3 Systems and processes in our business that help create our freedom.

If your typical day includes trying to tackle a list of 15 plus to-do's, and you oftentimes find yourself working on 2 or more of these things at the same time, then I think we can both agree this system doesn’t work. Working on multiple things simultaneously just to check them off your list isn't productive at all. At least not in terms of creating meaningful content that actually serves a purpose. In this episode I share the 3 questions I ask myself every time I start working on a task or project to ensure it's going to make an impact for my audience and contribute to the growth of my business.
